A few notes about signal status: All times are in Universal Coordinated Time (UTC). We are using two Novra S300N receivers; np1's receiver is attached to a 4.5m satellite dish and np2's receiver is connected to a 6.3m dish. Graphs generated by Graphite. Data collection from Novra S300 receivers uses munin novra_s300 plugin by Jason Brooks, but we feed the data to Graphite instead of Munin. Data provided by Space Science & Engineering Center's Satellite Data Services & Technical Computing groups. Signal strength and signal-to-noise ratio data are collected each minute and graphs are updated every five minutes. LDM packet sequence gap data is collected from LDM logs at the top of each hour, graphs update shortly after. |
